Soccer Shots Subscription Billing Information:

Upon enrollment your child will be included in the selected season for the number of weeks listed. Sessions will be $14.50 per week and automatically billed on the 5th of each month that falls during the season (September-May). No withdrawals will be made after the final month of the season, you will not be automatically enrolled beyond the completion of the current season.

'Academic-Year' enrollment includes two free weeks throughout the season.

* Once the season starts if circumstances cause you to have to unenroll this must be submitted 3 days prior to scheduled payment withdrawal. Failure to submit withdrawal request 3 days prior, resulting in a payment being withdrawn, a $10 refund fee will be applied.

REFUND POLICY:

* Refunds will not be issued for failure to attend a scheduled class.
* Full refunds minus a $10 fee apply when the withdrawal of a student is received in writing 2 weeks prior to the start of any season.
* No refunds will be issued after week 3 of the season.
* Refunds prior to week 3 of the season will be given for the remaining sessions only.
* All requests for refunds must be made in writing and emailed to a Soccer Shots representative, and are subject to a $10 refund fee.
* Soccer Shots shall assume no liability in the event that a season is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed due to a fortuitous event, unforeseen occurrences, or any other event that renders performance of the season impracticable, illegal or impossible. For purposes of this clause, a fortuitous event shall include, but not be limited to: war, fire, labor strike, extreme weather, natural disaster or other emergency. Soccer Shots will make every effort to offer a substitution event in the case Soccer Shots cancels or postpones due to a fortuitous event.

A Soccer Shots session includes:

Activities that promote development in each early childhood domain

A theme of the day woven throughout the session and applied to each activity

Character words that are succinctly defined and applied throughout each session (by coaches and participants)

3 rules that emphasize the character words

An objective for each day’s session that describes the outcomes of the class

Ideas for differentiation that are provided for each skill or game, both individually and for groups of children

Opportunities for play and creativity

An emphasis on the development of soccer skills while having fun

A weekly email update on everything your child is learning in their session that week

Soccer Shots Policies

REFUND POLICY:

Should Soccer Shots find it necessary to remove a child from a class, a refund will be issued after deduction for classes already attended.

Soccer Shots Central Kentucky aims to deliver a beloved growth experience for every child and a remarkable experience for every family. If you and your child are not positively impacted by your Soccer Shots experience we will offer a refund or credit for any future season.

COUPONS:

A coupon code may NOT be applied on a prior purchase, or after a purchase has been made. However, a credit may be issued to the account for the coupon, under certain circumstances.

JERSEY EXCHANGE:

Within the first 14 days of the season start, Jerseys may be exchanged if unused, and tags have not been removed. Additional Jerseys may be purchased for $25.

MAKE-UP CLASSES & CANCELLATIONS:

We promise two make-up classes at all locations for cancelled classes.

Make-up classes for public programs are typically scheduled in the two weeks following the last class day.

Make-up classes for childcare center locations are typically scheduled based on that center's school calendar

A minimum of 5 registrants is required before the first week of class for the class to take place.

Whenever possible, we will use indoor space during inclement weather. If there is no indoor space available, we will reschedule or add additional time to other sessions to make up for any that are missed.

During the winter season, if your school or center is closed on a Soccer Shots day due to snow or other weather-related issues, we will work with your school or center to reschedule or add additional time to other sessions to make up for any that are missed.

Make up classes may be held on a different day or time than the regularly scheduled class.

Soccer Shots reserves the right to cancel any program due to insufficient enrollment. Upon cancellation, a full refund will be made of classes remaining.
